Kerry Blackburn is our Claims Liaison. She has worked her entire career with State Farm and has been associated with the agency since 2001, recently rejoining the staff in 2017. Kerry has immense insurance knowledge and excels at walking our customers through the claims process and following through to ensure they receive the greatest possible outcome.

Rick Carlin has over 30 years of insurance experience and joined our team in 2017. He is professional, approachable and takes pride in listening to each customer’s goals and needs. Rick services our present customers with policy renewal and options and policy changes and questions on Homeowner Insurance , Condo Insurance, Renters Insurance, Auto Insurance and Life Insurance. Additionally, he services commercial accounts and provides quotes for small businesses.

Kathi Garber is the first voice a customer typically hears when calling the agency, and the first smiling face to greet them. She became a team member in 2016. Due to Kathi’s administrative and management background, she is skilled at organization and assisting customers with general insurance questions, payments, documentation and scheduling.

Ryan Harnden joined our team in 2021. His entire career has been in insurance. Ryan is knowledgeable with a genuine interest in providing outstanding service to policyholders. He is skilled at having customer conversations to learn what is most important to each person and applying personalized plans to minimize risk and find discounts. He assists customers with policy renewal options and policy changes on Homeowner Insurance, Condo Insurance, Renters Insurance, Auto Insurance and Life Insurance.

Ella McDonald joined our team in 2014 but started her career with State Farm in 2006. She has tremendous insurance knowledge and excels in building long term relationships. Ella assists our current customers with policy transactions, renewals and questions on homeowner insurance, condo insurance, renters insurance, auto insurance and life insurance. She enjoys having annual policy reviews with customers.

Shannon Perencevic joined our team in 2020. Her background in consumer advocacy and business services allows her to bring a customer prospective focus to relationships. She will find every discount available and match the highest quality product to reach the customer’s insurance goals. Shannon analyzes current policies of potential customers and offers suitable protection plans to minimize their risk and protect their budget.

Sandy Vereb worked with State Farm customers for 7 years prior to joining our team in 2017. She enjoys reviewing the coverage of each customer to ensure they’re protected and receiving the highest value possible. Sandy is excellent in providing prospective customers with the tools and knowledge necessary to make the most informed insurance decisions possible.

Tonya Ridley has more than 20 years of experience in the insurance and financial services industry. She joined our team in 2014 to perform market research, analysis and reporting while tracking performance of implemented initiatives. Tonya assists with recruiting and staffing and departmental planning and provides executive agent support.
