It’s essential to ensure that the customer understands their claim while facilitating communication between claims adjusters and the insured.
I live in Oklahoma City where in my free time, I love reading, sports, and most importantly, being a Gigi to my five wonderful grandchildren. Spending quality time with family is my top priority, which includes my three amazing boys, my husband of 38 years, and my two lovely daughters-in-law.

My husband I built a new home eight years ago in Oklahoma City with a dining room large enough to host holiday meals with our son and daughters and their families which includes 8 grandchildren.
I volunteer at my church, enjoy singing in the choir and small group, and lead a women's Bible study. I help run the church's pumpkin patch in October for local missions and visit shut-ins during the holidays. As a Lay Leader and delegate for the church, I stay busy but find joy in helping others.

I began my career in the insurance industry with State Farm in 2000, where I discovered my true passion. Each day presents unique challenges as the insurance field is always evolving. In 2014, I became a part of Matt’s agency where I embrace the customer centric focus. I conduct market research, analysis, and reporting, support implementation of team processes as well as monitor the effectiveness of executed initiatives. Additionally, I support recruitment and staffing efforts, human resources for the team, and provide executive agent support.
I live in Edmond with my husband, with whom I have shared 27 wonderful years. I have many hobbies; reading, traveling, cheering for OSU, and caring for my flowers. I'm also a proud dog mom to Tilly, our miniature schnauzer, who certainly knows how to steal the spotlight!
